Jan. 9, 2019: This lot is one of three contiguous lots that will need to have an ECA exception through a type II MUP. We are trying to obtain something from the city that will make it clear to a future developer that they can build a house on this lot as well as one on each of the other two lots (those will be under separate MUPs). We are NOT applying for permits to build a house. The building permit will be the responsibility of whomever buys the lots from my client.
These lots have a long history with the city as at every turn we have done what the city staff has told us to only to be told by the reviewer that the information we received was incorrect. We would like to meet with whom ever will be reviewing the project if at all possible the reason mentioned above.
At least one preapplication site visit has already been done by the city on this lot. Also all three lots have already applied for ECA exemptions and been denied.
