Feb. 17, 2019: The proposed project is a 798 SF, 2 story addition to replace an addition that was made in the early 1990s. The ECA Variance I am requesting is a steep slope ECA variance because it is in question whether this addition is in a steep slope ECA or not. I do not believe it is in the steep slope/close to the slope at all from looking at the map, and from looking at the yard itself (looks roughly flat in most if my yard- especially where addition will be). Regardless, here is my application for a variance as was requested per my intake appointment for permit 6690506. The engineering, architectural/structural plans, and site plan are all a part of permit 6690506 for your reference. I have also uploaded the full geotechnical investigation performed by Cobalt Geosciences on 6/20/2018.
