March 14, 2019: We would like to repair an existing rock retaining wall. The wall has been damaged over the years by a poorly-placed maple tree. The tree died many years ago and was partially removed.

This project proposes to remove the old tree stump and make in-kind repairs to the rock retaining wall in the same location. In addition, this project proposes to replace a lower rock retaining wall at the rear, south property line area with a modular concrete block wall.

Replacing the tree stump will require a small amount of infill and grading in the immediate area. Drainage will be added behind the repaired wall and tied to an existing yard drainage system. Some infill and grading will be required in the area of the new modular block wall. The proposed grading is seen to be very minor in scope.
