March 16, 2019: The existing site is zoned LR3 with a small segment to the west that is SF5000. There is an existing 124 unit low income senior housing building on site.

We would like to review options for additional site development that would provide a new structure with low income senior housing. Parking reconfiguration will be required.

The options we would like to discuss include- timing of the possible MHA change or rezoning from LR3 to NC3 55 or NC3 55(M).

We would like to start with a land use/zoning presubmittal meeting.
