scope of work will include a new pre-engineered steel building and exterior commercial vehicle storage.  The building will be approximately 40' wide, by 400'± long ("L" shaped configuation) and will include retail vehicle parts sales, service customer intake, vehicle service bays, parts storage (including partial parts mezzanine), employee restrooms, locker area, tool storage etc.  This building will be constructed within existing asphalt area with minor site retaining wall modifications.
