Existing fuel piping system, dispensers, concrete pad and driveway to be replaced. Review includes 500 cubic yards of grading; 250 cubic yards of cut, 250 cubic yards of fill. No change to parking. (7-Eleven Inc.). The project area will be re-striped and re-sealed with a thin layer of asphalt.
