April 15, 2019: Project was previously assigned MUP designation 3032832-LU and Construction Permit 6688655-CN and proceeded towards being awarded the final permit, including having a Preliminary Assessment Report completed and Financial Responsibility documents signed, etc.

The scope of the project has since changed to only eight (8) units with a new frontage (17th Ave NE) from the previous twenty-three(23) units fronting NE 145th. Per conversation with Onum Esonu at the SDCI Land Use Requirements, a new PAR could not be issued and the project would have to begin again with the issuance of new record numbers.
