June 5, 2019: Land Use application to allow a revision of a previously approved project resulting in two 30-story towers over an 11-story podium building with 622 apartment units, office and retail. Parking for 543 vehicles proposed. The revision includes a reduction in the amount of parking and dwelling units and an increase in office area from the previous proposal that was approved under MUP 3019371-LU. .

June 15, 2022: Permits issued.
