April 17, 2019: The project involves demolition and replacement of the existing boathouse building (5900). The replacement structure will be 2-stories containing boat storage and water-related activities. The project includes excavation, site re-grading and utility work to support the new building. The adjacent shellhouse building (5700) bathroom will be minimally renovated as well and utilities for both buildings will be repaired/replaced.
