May 3, 2019: Need variance on SMC 23.44.016 for parking. Want to eliminate only "parking space" on property. Driveway is currently way too steep to be usable. Would like to install retaining walls, the fill with recycled concrete to bring to grade and make area usable for non parking purposes. Eventually want to extend deck to meet with newly level area and add ADA access.
