May 8, 2019: Repair of existing deck. Repair railings and flooring with trex. This deck was built in 1968 when the home was built. It abuts a critical area (slope) that is supported by an existing rockery and the slope above the rockery is secure and untouched. The repair is completed. We did not know we needed a permit to repair it.
