LU - King County Wastewater Treatment Division proposes to upgrade the West Point Treatment Plant primary sedimentation basins to a minimum seismic Life Safety performance level. This will require the removal of the Z-beams and supporting concrete girders over both tanks. The project will also involve the removal and replacement of the associated ductwork for the odor control system.
