The addition will be +/- 28,000 SF and the remodeled area will be 7,700 SF. The addition will include (12) new classrooms, an expanded gymnasium, renovated commons, and associated support and infrastructure spaces. The approximately 44,000 SF remaining existing building will receive interior finishes upgrades and improvements to technology and communication infrastructure.
Site work associated with the project includes improved landscape and play areas over the western portion of the 3.4 acre site. The addition will necessitate the reconfiguration of delivery access and the loading dock.
Construction is planned to occur in one 14-month phase with students and staff relocated for the duration of construction during the 2020-21 academic year.
