I have purchased a property with a home built in 1947. There are two detached garages on the property. I would like to establish existing use for these garages, as they are on the lot line. They were built in 1947 and have been in use as garages since that time. We would like to maintain them in their current locations, and want express permission from the city that this established use of these structures in their current location is legal.
