Aug. 28, 2019: This is an urgent situation in which timely repair and maintenance of the retaining wall and rockery wall is required to prevent a landslide.

We have a retaining wall supporting the parking lot (east of the wall) that is failing. There are already cracks and dips on the parking lot adjacent to the failing wall. There are also rockeries that are about 6-8 feet high (west of the wall) that are being affected due to the failing retaining wall.

Our goal is to prevent a complete failure of the wall.
