Sept. 23, 2019: This is a new submittal that replaces a previous application for construction of a new building. The previous application was for a three unit rowhouse (pre-application #000291-19PA). This application is for an eight unit apartment building with below grade parking, a main entrance facing E Columbia, a rear entrance, new stair and sidewalk connecting the front and rear entrances, as well as access down to the city sidewalk.
The main floor will have two 2 bedroom apartments, the second floor also two 2 bedroom apartments, and the third floor will have 4 high ceiling studio apartments with a mezzanine loft area in each. There will be a ground level amenity area as well as a common rooftop deck. The building will be a flat roof construction with a modulated facade. There will be a single stairwell from the main floor to the rooftop deck, and there will be no elevator.
