Dec. 15, 2019: HNW Builders LLC is buying the south parcel 430270-0192 of 8129 18th sw. The seller has done most of the leg work to recreate the old lot line using the 75/80 rule. I'll attach the letter from William Mills. Also attached is a Site plan showing a new single family residence on the south parcel.
