LU Demolish existing facility that currently houses the King County Wastewater Treatment Division West Offsite Facilities staff and maintenance operation. Construct a new 4-story, 63,000 square foot facility to replace the previous facility. The building will consist of concrete structure first level with a mechanics shop, stores, and parking, a concrete structure second level with parking, a mass timber third level with locker rooms, stormwater facilities, break room, and deck, and a mass timber forth level that will be the primary floor for meetings and visitors. King County intends to pursue Living Building Challenge petal certification for the project.
