LU Project Scope Project scope is a 34,000 s.f tenant improvement of an existing vacant tenant suite on the 5th floor of the Nordstrom Medical Tower.
Scope includes construction for tenant improvement including MEP and food service area. Drawing set will include Architectural, Food Service, and MEP. Structural details will be included as required.
The overall building is a Business occupancy and will not change. There will be a change in use for the occupancy for the 5th floor.
The new occupancy for this tenant improvement on 5th floor will be Residential R-2 since this project is for a Residential Treatment Facility licensed by Washington state under Chapter 246-337 WAC (SBC 310.4).
