Project includes renovations and alterations to existing landmark building (Lloyd Building) with a new shared lobby. Parking for 185 vehicles proposed. Existing garage (Vance Garage) and south façade of the Lloyd Building to be demolished.

Nov. 29, 2023: Permits issued.
