March 11, 2020: Our property has a small detached building that I would like to use to for a small gluten free vegan baking business. It was built prior to 1985, I am guessing the 60's? The roof of this building is our paved parking (roof is a cement/steel composite). I want to get a use/zone permit so that I can bake for wholesale, as well as direct. I will make sure to have my business license/permits as well as Dept of Agriculture permits when I begin. Department of Agriculture needs to know that I have zoning permission to do so. Having this business at my home property will allow me the flexibility to manage both my business and my household.
