March 13, 2020: Seattle Parks and Recreation will build a new neighborhood park in North Rainier. The park will provide multi-generational activities, including picnicking, exercise, and play. Park elements will include:

 Play equipment and basketball half-court
 Picnic areas with barbecues and games tables
 Central lawn with path around it, other paths, planted areas, and trees
 Lighting throughout the park
 Adult Fitness Zone with play turf
