April 11, 2020: The proposed project is to rebuild the existing concrete bulkhead and failing concrete walking path at the above addressed waterfront. This work includes pouring a new reinforced wall in front of the existing one and drilling epoxy dowels into the rock face. Mobilization to provide major equipment and spoils haul away will be done using a self-propelled landing craft.
