June 8, 2020: Demolition of 1,500 SF prefabricated classroom trailer. Alteration of existing 46,000 SF institutional training center structure by removing 6,250 SF. Construction of a 10,400 SF child care center and 3,350 SF of outdoor children's play area.

The existing structure had a change of use in 2018 to it's current use as Institutional: Vocational School. MUP 3027946-LU was issued for the change, but a corresponding construction permit was never issued. This project will continue the current use Institutional: Vocational School and add Institutional: Child Care Center.
