Converting an existing two story wood framed building which was originally a Monastery for Jesuit Brothers to a two story office building.
This project will be a Change of Use as well as require a Administrative Conditional Use.
The scope of the project is to modify the building to accommodate two separate tenants, the University of Washington Medicine on the first floor and the Frye Art Museum Staff on the second floor. It will be necessary to add a new exterior exit stair from the second floor to accommodate a new exit strategy from the second floor.
