A 5-story multi-family homeless youth building is proposed for the North Rainier neighborhood of
Seattle at the southernmost tip of the Central Area. The proposed site is located on
S. Walker St, a half block east of Rainier Avenue South.
The development site is 8,000 square feet with no alley. The site was recently
upzoned to NC3-75(M), neighborhood commercial.
