Temporary Use Permit (Master Use Permit) for locating a Coffee Food Truck/Trailer on the subject property which is a vacant lot. Requesting a temporary use per MC 23.42.040 for a minimum of 6 Months, and longer if applicable, until future permanent development of the parcel can be planned and permitted.
If a Temporary Use Permit (Master Use Permit) can be afforded, and is more appropriate, per MC 23.42.038 for this vacant lot, same use, and for an extended period, this would be preferred.
