Aug. 20, 2020: 8610 Aurora Ave N is a proposed new mixed use residential construction project. This will be a low rise building containing 4 levels of residential space, holding studio 120 units of permanent supportive housing, and a ground floor level containing supportive services, community gathering space and mechanical back of house areas. This project will be accessed primarily from Aurora Ave, but contain approximately 4000 sf of outdoor amenity space, three parking spaces for staff use accessed from Nezbit Ave.
