Oct. 18, 2020: Our neighbors in parcel 6662000050 (3908 W Prosper St Seattle, WA 98199) had a survey completed in Jan 2020 that differs substantially with the longstanding historical/functional property lines of the last 20+ years on our parcel 6662000055 (3305 39th Ave W Seattle, WA 98199). The survey claims about 2 feet inside our longstanding fenceline and it also has our lot claiming about 4.2 feet into their utilized driveway. We propose a property swap with them so that the legal lot lines reflect the historical longstanding fenceline and their used driveway. Land amounts swapped would be about equal. We've notified our neighbors of this request when we learned on our own about the lot lines in Sept 2020.
