Dec. 13, 2020: The structures built on the rooftop of the garage are a 23x24 ft. covered play area (pavillion) and an 8x12 ft. shed for storage of playground equipment. We recently acquired the lease for the north end of the roof top, which was previously used by the Watermark towers as a recreational area and included a Tennis Court. The south end of the rooftop has been used as a playground area for our family owned business since 1984.
