Dec. 25, 2020: Construct a new ARCO fuel station, convenience store and car wash. Proposed 2,880 sf ARCO ampm convenience store building with attached drive through car wash building. Eight new parking spaces will serve the convenience store. New trash enclosure, new landscaping, and other associated site development improvements. New Approximately 3200 sf fuel canopy over five (5) Multi Product Dispensers (MPD) with ten (10) Vehicle Fueling Positions (VFP). one (1) fuel dispenser will provide the option for bio diesel fuel. Fuel station will be served by two (2) new Underground Storage Tanks (UST), one (1) 25k gallon with unleaded fuel and one (1) 22k split tank containing premium and diesel fuels. Project proposes a new 35 foot wide right in right out only driveway onto Lake City way NE near the SW corner of the project site. All development will take place on the portion of the property zoned NC3, and all development disturbance will take place at/on areas that were previously disturbed/developed. There will be no new disturbance associated with this project.
