Dec. 25, 2020: Our scope of work will be construction of an exterior stairway for exterior access from the existing front yard, along and encroaching the north or south side yard (pending feasibility questions with either location), to the rear of the property. Current access can only be accomplished through the house. See the attached preliminary application for Early Design Guidance and a Variance. Scope of ground disturbance is less than 1 yd and dug by hand (shovel). Please ref. Project Details question 3.
