Jan. 25, 2021: Shoreline Substantial Development Application to allow renovation of existing boat launch (Stan Sayers Memorial Park). Project includes replacement of existing concrete boat ramps, addition of grated gangways, floats and steel pilings added to the ends of the existing piers. Project also includes grating replacement on five floating concrete docks and removal of 5 existing docks. Determination of Non-Significance prepared by Seattle Parks and Recreation.
