Jan. 29, 2021: We are wanting to build a DADU in the current front yard property offset which is more like a side yard of a corner lot. The current parking, entrance and front elevation is being considered a side yard. We have submitted a question to the building department and the response was due to the shape of the lot we had to consider the layout to the most conforming standard. Which is not reflective of this property layout due to it being a corner lot.
