Jan. 29, 2021: Demolish the existing 76 Convenience store building and construct a new approximately 3000 sf convenience store building. The existing Fuel Canopy, tanks and dispensers will remain in place in the current locations. Reconfigure parking to serve the new store at the site, construct a new trash enclosure and additional site improvements, and add new landscaping areas.

If construction of a new store is not allowed by code, there will
be an approximate 2,220 sf addition constructed onto the existing convenience store building, and the existing store will be remodeled, for a total building size of approximately 3,700 sf.
