Feb. 8, 2021: Renovation of an existing two-story 12,400 square foot office (B-occupancy) building to an I-4 Child Care Facility. The project includes constructing an outdoor child play area on top of a portion of the existing asphalt parking lot. Assumptions of the scope of work includes reconfiguration of all interior spaces to suit programmatic needs including 8 classrooms and support spaces; reconfiguration of the existing mechanical system to serve the new layout of spaces with minimal changes and upgrades to the primary system if allowed; added automatic sprinkler system throughout; added child restrooms at pairs of classrooms.
