Feb. 11, 2021: We would like a two car garage on parcel 807300-0080. This site is an oddly shaped site located in an ECA. After reading the zoning code, it seems that the zoning code is prohibiting a garage on this site. We would like to discuss with zoning any possible variance or other code exception that would allow us to permit a two car garage, partially located in the required front yard.
