A Lot Boundary Adjustment (3027589-LU) at the shared property line between 4828 Beach Drive SW and 4815 54th Avenue SW was approved in November of 2019.
The Owners are now proposing a new Lot Boundary Adjustment at the same properties.
Please see the attached Site Plan, based on the earlier LBA drawings; mark-ups on Sheets 2 and 3 show the location of the proposed new shared property line.
