13621 4TH AVE NE

Feb. 24, 2021: I own a property at 13621 4th Ave NE which has been owned and operated as a duplex for over 10 years and I believe since the 80's. It is also listed in the king county parcel viewer as having a present use as a duplex. I would like to bring in a separate electric meter and panel to separate the two units electric bill and allow me to have tenants put the electric in their own names. Recently the property has been decommissioned from oil to electric for the whole building and the next step would be to separate the meters. The property is situated in that it is set up for a duplex and has separate entrances and parking off of 4th ave for the downstairs unit and off of 3rd ave through an easement for the upstairs tenant. I would also like to have a separate mailing address and mailbox if possible next to the existing one off of 4th ave for 13621 4th Ave unit B.
