Feb. 25, 2021: Per Seattle Land Use Planner Malli Anderson I'm applying to change the usage criteria of my existing DADU to a SFR. This change is required for me to do a ULS on my recently rezoned lot **RECORD # 007342-20PA. My lot is now RSL(M). Ms Anderson said I need to submit my previously approved and now constructed DADU plans, my recent survey showing the requested ULS, a Statement of Financial Responsibility and Building Permit Form.
Again, the DADU plans have been approved and constructed. I'm simply hoping to change the description from DADU to SFR. This is the only way for me to get the ULS approved as shown on the survey.
