March 12, 2021: Looking at having an approved relief from prohibition of development in the steep slope area under SMC 25.09.090.b2a to b2d.

Project consists of landscape works on a ECA slope at the above address. Landscape works include clearing of the existing planting (non-native/invasive plants), placement of basalt boulders and replanting the slope with native planting. The aim of the new landscape is to make the slope safer for maintenance and be low maintenance using native planting.
