April 17, 2021: Project Maui is a new development for new condo. Existing lot 10k+ sqft to be subdivided into 2 lots of 5k+ sqft through a short plat. Within each of the 5k+ sqft lots, the plan is to subdivide them into 3 each with a new condo survey. Each of the lots will be permitted to have a 2000 sqft primary with a 1000 sqft attached DU, and a 1000 sqft detached DU. The existing house will be demolished prior to construction assuming all permits are approved.
