May 22, 2021: The proposal is for a two lot short plat utilizing the 75/85 Rule as allowed by SMC 23.44.40.B.1. The new parcels will be served by individual single use driveways connecting to Mary Ave NE. After the short plat the project will remove the existing single-family residence and construct one new single-family residence on each lot. Proposed Lot 1 will also have a detached accessory dwelling unit constructed in its rear yard.
