In order to maintain occupancy they wish to create an external frame that will carry the new construction above, thereby adding approximately 10 units. The existing building is built up against all property boundaries. The lot is a triangle and sits adjacent to street ROW on all sides. We would like to discuss the possibility of placing structural steel members directly adjacent to the building, but in the ROW.
