July 22, 2021: Construction within the shoreline environment. Construct new ecology block retaining wall to reinforce existing concrete and timber retaining wall, which is failing. Proposed wall will be approximately 6' east of existing wall. Slope to be retained is currently partially supporting Portage Bay Place E.
Included in the scope of this permit will be the repair and maintenance of the existing street level carport. No expansion is proposed. Existing structure will be reinforced structurally as required, and re-roofed and re-sided.
