Oct. 17, 2021: Removal of overburden concrete and timber walls and stairs and fill soils piled up on pre-existing grade in an ECA area. Replacement of walls and stairs in the ECA area with pre-cast concrete stairs and metal cat walks and stairs to be pile-supported over pre-existing grade by existing pin piles and helical anchor tiebacks on the hillside. The goal is to comprehensively reestablish preexisting grade and restore the hillside with TESC measures and native planting.
