Feb. 6, 2022: The proposal includes short platting of the existing property located in L3 (M) zone into two lots intended for single family residence with ADU in each and a home occupation in the existing residence. Questions would be about potential standard development standards about the existing home specifically related to the single family use in L3 zoning. We see potentially non-conforming existing conditions regarding the height limits, setbacks, and lot coverage.
