We need to change the use for our space in the China Harbor building on Lake Union. We have been in operation for almost 3 years, but it has been brought to our attention as a result of inspections that our current permit is not acceptable. We are not doing any work in the space, but we need to change the use permit. This would fall under the shoreline restrictions, but the space provides access to our fleet of electric boats in the Marina to our customers which would qualify as water dependent use. The space is currently permitted under an existing permit (3027749-LU), but we need to carve our space out of that permit.
