May 8, 2022: Backyard backs up to Carkeek Park and there is a slope that is causing soil 'creep' from our yard down into the slope area. We are attempting to begin the process to build a retaining wall. We have a completed Geo-Tech report and are in the process of completing a survey, but understand we need to request relief from prohibition on steep slope development. I was told the first step is to obtain a pre-application number to initiate a pre-application site visit.
