A wetland ECA is mapped on the parcel and our client wants to apply for an exception to the ECA standards per SMC 25.09.300. We can supply geotechnical data showing the site can be developed safely. The vacant site now attracts transient camping and garbage dumping, and developing the site will prevent that, thereby improve livability of the neighborhood.
